With his efforts and experience, Mike grew Light Industries from a small consultancy business to a successful 75-person integration and professional services firm in the dot.com boom. He takes a very hands-on roll in every aspect of the business and successfully integrates his managerial, business, technical, people, and motivational skills to lead the company. Mike is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology. Sharon Sinsky-Hopkins , Vice President Sharon leads the Business Applications practice at Light Industries and has played a leading role in Customer Relationship Management deployments for businesses and not-for-profit organizations. Her expertise in CRM is backed by decades of experience in Sales Management, Customer Service, and Marketing. As a certified consultant for Microsoft CRM and SalesLogix, Sharon has trained a wide range of technology audiences and sales teams, and has spoken at numerous technology events. Previous executive positions include Director of Marketing, Senior Manager of Product Marketing and Director of Operations with Micro Wholesalers, Inc; Vice President with Ellwood Building Corporation; and Product Manager, Microprocessors with Intel Corporation. Sharon holds a BS in Mathematic Science from Johns Hopkins University and a MBA in Management from Sloan School of Management at MIT. Neil Mezebish , Director of Business Development Neil joined Light Industries after spending four years with Business Growth Advisors, LLC, as President, where he developed business models and sales methodology tool sets aiding business owners in growth strategies. Neil has over 15 years of technical solutions and implementation experience with a strong track record of management, sales, and consultancy in a broad range of industry segments. He has spoken on technology issues at numerous business events throughout the east coast. Prior to his contributions at Light Industries, he served in multiple technical and management leadership positions at the Aston Group, Cornerstone Integrated Systems, and Micro LAN Management. Tonya Weldon , Director of Network Services Tonya came aboard Light Industries more than 15 years ago and has served in many capacities supporting clients with product and service solutions addressing security, VoIP, infrastructure, operating systems, applications, architecture, design, and security. Tonya drives a customer service organization backed by Consultants, Senior and Network Engineers, and professional Service Desk staff. Her studies have included MIS/Computer Science and Fine Arts with completion of numerous technical certifications and ongoing network training courses. She has served in several management positions prior to her leadership role at Light Industries including information consulting and management for ME Mannix Services and technical sales at SGData.
